- Please make payments to your allocated instructor
- You will be supplied with your Manchester Driving Hub Instructors telephone number for all of your future communications.
- Manchester Driving Hub will provide the pupil with a dual controlled car in a clean roadworthy and tidy condition.
- All Manchester Driving Hub Instructors will present themselves in a professional manner and of smart appearance.
- Manchester Driving Hub cannot be held responsible for any funds paid to the franchised Instructor, as this contract is between the pupil and the franchised Instructor.
- Unless 48 hours notice is given, any lesson cancellations will be charged at your current lesson rate.
- Your Manchester Driving Hub Instructor has the right to withdraw the Manchester Driving Hub car for the day of your driving test if, in the franchised Instructors opinion the candidate is not deemed to be to the required test standard.
- Manchester Driving Hub allows 15 minutes waiting time for the instructor, due to unforeseen delays such as traffic, etc. In the event of a mechanical breakdown of the vehicle in which you have been learning to drive, the instructor reserves the right to rearrange a driving lesson to a time convenient to both of you.
- Manchester Driving Hub cannot be responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.
- If you are running late for a lesson the instructor will wait 15 minutes, if there is no response or communication within this time then the instructor reserves the right to charge you for the hours booked in for that session.
- If you have a complaint that cannot be dealt with through your instructor then please contact Manchester Driving Hub directly and your complaint will be dealt within the the strictest confidence within 14 days.
- After completing your first lesson the course will no longer be refundable.
- Manchester Driving Hub will abide by an equal opportunity policy and will not discriminate against Race, Colour, Creed, Gender, or Sexual Orientation etc.
- Manchester Driving Hub has a strict no smoking policy.
- All course hours are valid for 3 months form the last clear communication with your instructor. [Evidence for point of contact/communication will only be accepted by from of dated written communication].
- Once five hours has been completed of the current package you will no longer be eligible for a change of instructor.
